It was shortly before Microsoft was about to launch its new OS Windows 10 and we knew communicating the product’s benefits would not be enough.
Strategically working with the youtuber and a native content, we managed to reach the conversion target (26 %) in 4 months.
We had to make sure people would opt for upgrading to the new OS for free – in the critical period around the launch which was full of scepticism. We came up with a communication strategy involving one of the most authentic influencers in Slovakia – a youtuber Gogo – at the time when he was far from the celebrity he is now.
